Our priority is your satisfaction, so the content of each course is adjusted to individual requirements, language skills and according to the client’s needs.


The level of language skills for those who are interested in language courses is included in the application however, it will be specified more in detail after taking the test and after the interview with the client during our first consultation.

In addition to courses of general and business English we also offer conversation classes and courses designed to prepare school leaving examination.

As the active knowledge of foreign language is a mosaic of acquiring multiple linguistic skills, in teaching, we focus on developing communication skills of clients, their knowledge of grammar, written communication as well as reading and listening comprehension. Our courses are dynamic, interactive and conducted in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.


Course duration

Duration of one teaching unit is 45 minutes. The most ideal form of course completion is classes in the range of two consecutive teaching units i.e. 90 min.

Teaching and learning material

Teaching and learning material will be determined by mutual agreement with the client. Price of the textbooks is not included in the price of the course.

Cancellation policy for missed lesson

Lessons cancelled by the client with less than 24 hours’ notice – a full lesson fee will be charged.

Payment terms

Payment terms for carried-out lessons are subject to invoice payment, issued to the client at the end of each month.
